Meet The Founder

 The GID Agency was born from a vision that Dena Hayes had in order to be of service to Start-Ups, Entrepreneurs and busy Executives. Dena has a well-established career with over 15 years working in Human Resources in the beauty and non-profit industry. Dena has spent her career guiding and developing others do be their best especially in the start-up arena. Looking for new challenges and a desire to utilize her unique skill set, Dena started The GID Agency in January 2020, enabling her to reach a broader audience to coach and develop. She now services ALL INDUSTRIES and brings her "I'M HERE WITH YOU" style and experience to all of her clients. Dena is focused on taking away the stresses that come along with managing a business and her and her team are ready to help in all capacities. 

Dena is a native of Los Angeles, CA where she currently resides. She is a wife and a mom to two wonderful boys and, possesses undergraduate and graduate level degrees in the field of Public Administration with a concentration in Administrative Management.
